Naphthalene Superplasticizer (High-Solid Powder)
High-solid powder · Built for shipping and dry mixes
Aqueous naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate with 18–25% water reduction. Broad compatibility and stable pricing make it the value choice for general-purpose concrete.
Naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate — internationally known as BNS or SNF, and as FDN in China — is the longest-established high-range water reducer. It disperses cement particles through electrostatic repulsion.
Dosage is higher than for PCE, so accurate metering matters. Products with high sodium sulfate may crystallise at low temperature — choose the low-alkali grade or provide insulation. Do not blend directly with polycarboxylate products.
General-purpose concrete C25–C45, precast elements, pavement concrete, hydraulic concrete.
