Designed for manufactured sand and aggregates with high clay content, reducing clay adsorption of PCE molecules to solve rapid slump loss and high dosage demand.
Montmorillonite-type clays in aggregates adsorb large amounts of polycarboxylate molecules, leaving less effective dispersant and causing rapid slump loss. This grade introduces anti-adsorption functional groups and a sacrificial agent that occupies the clay's active sites first, keeping the PCE available for cement dispersion.
Please send an actual sand sample (with clay content and MB value) so we can set the anti-clay ratio. Above 7% clay content we recommend washing or grading adjustment as well.
